It certainly feels like spring has sprung these past few days in Greater Boston and we’re all happy to be out from under another winter. Not that winter has ever stopped us from procuring quality used lab equipment selling it to our customers at great prices! See below for information on recent arrivals to our Haverhill, MA warehouse.
Even more Baker SG403 and Baker SG603 biosafety cabinets arrived in March. As of this writing we have over 25 of the Baker SG403/SG603 units in stock and available. In total, we have OVER 100 BIOSAFETY CABINETS currently in stock.
We also received a couple of nice large capacity CO2 incubators, both of which we mentioned in an earlier blog post. The Shel-Lab model SC031 is a 31.4 cubic foot capacity unit designed for use with roller apparatus. The VWR 1917 is slightly smaller at 28 cubic feet and has built-in channels on the floor to accommodate roller apparatus.
The Rainin E4 XLS pipettes are more expensive that most single channel pipettes, but for a good reason: they feature multiple modes for most pipetting needs, memory to save common protocols and reduce human error, intuitive operation and joystick graphical navigation. We have plenty in stock to make a whole set.
For floor model centrifuges, the Thermo Sorvall RC BIOS and Thermo Sorvall HT6 are relatively recent model units. We are selling both of these units as a package with a rotor. The Thermo RC BIOS has a Fiberlite F8-6x1000y rotor with 6 x 1L capacity while the Thermo HT6 has an RP6 swinging bucket rotor with windshield body and lid. Lastly, we have a Labconco FreeZone 6L benchtop lyophilizer. This is an older model vintage unit, but it’s in very good condition and works to specification. Ports and a vacuum pump are included.
