The Yamato DP-43 has a 3.2 cubic foot chamber mounted on a rolling metal cabinet. The cabinet can store a vacuum pump along with other accessories, a nice feature that saves bench space and means you’ll have a neater, more organized lab, and reduces noise level from the pump during operation. Compared to other similarly sized models the DP-43 is more efficient and reaches vacuum set point quicker thanks to an improved exhaust system.
In addition to the metal cabinet, one of our other favorite features of this model is the control panel. This is a programmable vacuum oven, meaning the unit can be programmed to auto start and stop through a timer in the controller which allows users to time the start of a run or end fixed temperature operation. You can program up to 16 ramp and dwell segments with your own ramp level and time inputs.
The Yamato DP-43 also has a ton of safety features, including sensor trouble detection, SSR short circuit detection, heater disconnection detector (sensor), memory error, internal communication error, overheating and measurement temperature error.
