If you’re looking for a laboratory glassware washer you should check out this freestanding/mobile unit from VWR. This economical unit features stainless steel construction for long life and corrosion protection, insulated external casing, and optimum heat and noise absorption. It has a digital microprocessor controller with display with five selectable wash cycle settings, separate wash and drain pumps, three separate filters protect pumps from debris, multiple cycle selections and microprocessor control systems, an enhanced dual fan drying system, temperature selection to 70 °C (158 °F) for optimal cleaning of different loads, and a delayed start feature.

We also recently received a VWR Plus series chromatography refrigerator that’s in great shape. The VWR HCCS-35 refrigerators are designed with access ports and a protected duplex outlet for chromatography-related use. They also feature remote alarm contacts, and an extensive series of alarms for product protection. Units are built with keyed door locks, LED interior lighting, and forced draft air circulation. These refrigerators utilize natural, hydrocarbon refrigerant for environmental health and economic efficiency. The 4-button temperature controller allows for digital setting accuracy, precise temperature maintenance, and independent operation for security. The full alarm package features alarm mute with ring back, adjustable volume, battery backup, remote contacts, and alarm validation.

We are also expecting several Baker SG603 models on push button adjustable height hydraulic stands. These are always popular, so if you’re interested call quick!

We’re excited about this Elga PureLab Flex water purification system. It has total organic carbon (TOC) monitoring and a flexible dispenser with programmable volume control and 2 liters per minute (LPM) delivery as well as a dual-wavelength (185/254nm) UV lamp for photo-oxidation of feed water that reduces TOC levels to less than 5 parts per billion (ppb). The height-adjustable dispenser glides up and down the central column to accommodate a broad range of container sizes. An internal reservoir dispenses Type 3 standard water after treatment by a reverse osmosis (RO) membrane that requires potable water. It has an inlet water pressure range of 30 to 90 psi. The microprocessor-controlled digital display shows purification system values and has programmable volume control. A USB interface allows data capture. The system accepts 100-240V, 50/60Hz input voltage and draws 100W of power. This Type 1 water purification system has a CE mark for compliance with European Economic Area conformity standards and is suitable for molecular biology, microbiology, and analytical chemistry applications.

For those customers in the market for benchtop centrifuges, we have a couple of Eppendorf 5810R centrifuges in stock. These are nearly ubiquitous units that go beyond speed and capacity to offer you un-paralleled ergonomic operation, excellent temperature control, and outstanding product quality. Each centrifuge is designed to operate at low noise levels for a relaxing work environment and offers soft-touch lid closure for ease of use and a low profile for easy loading and unloading of samples. These refrigerated centrifuge models have exclusive features such as ECO shut-off and dynamic compressor control for maximum sample protection and energy savings. The 5810 centrifuges are designed with a particularly low height in mind. Not only does the low profile facilitate easy loading and unloading, it also allows everyone in the lab to easily reach the open centrifuge lid.

We also a Sartorius Cubis Microbalance in stock, which offers 220 gram weighing capacity with 0.01 milligram readability. It has a high-contrast TFT touch screen 5.7” graphic display for clear and easy viewing; automatic leveling; off-center load compensation that reduces off-center loading errors; an extra-large weighing pan; three RS-232 interface ports; and advanced pharma compliance that makes Cubis ideal for use in regulated areas. Alter messages and reminder functions with userd0efinable action hierarchy for leveling, minimum sample weight, calibration and adjustment.
